OBSERVATIONS

Appears to be a tetrahedral pyramid from the viewing angle with two smooth symmetrical sides, although the hidden side may not necessarily replicate what the front view suggests.

POTENTIAL FOR AN ARTIFICIAL OBJECT

Its small size (10 cm) would rule out any suggestions of megalithic construction, unless this portion just happens to be the tip of a large buried structure. If it's just a small object, then it might be a piece of art or decoration.

COMMON EXPLANATION

A piece of fragmented rock, split into a sharp angular shape. To find a pyramidal shape is not unusual.
