Returns Policy
1. In the event that a customer wishes to return our products for a refund, this will be accepted under the following conditions:
(a) The product/s are posted back to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
(b) The products are not damaged, creased or marked, and we consider them fit for resale.
(c) The buyer pays for return postage using a guaranteed delivery service, i.e. requiring a signature.
2. The refund will be for the amount of the product's selling price. Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the circumstances..
3. The refund will be made to the customer's original payment method/card, within 7 working days of our receiving the returned product in an acceptable condition, as described in 1(b).
Refund Procedure
4. Here's the procedure for requesting a return and refund:
(a) Email us at: contact@secretmars.com, with the subject heading "Returns Request".
Include your full details in the email:
- Name
- Address
- Description of product to be returned
- Reason for return
(b) We will then issue you with a "Returns reference number" and the return address.
(c) Mail the product to us in a protective envelope, using a guaranteed postal service. Email us the tracking number.
(d) Upon receiving the returned product, your refund will be processed as described in note 3.
